After maturing for 9 months, Alpin offers an excellent range of cheeses with an Alpine spirit and a slightly stronger taste.

 

After maturing for a minimum of 10 months, Grand Gourmet offers cheeses at the very peak of their taste potential, as well as an incredibly delicious Truffle Fresh Fondue.
